Twins Bazil Twins is an innovative farmhouse ale featuring Thai basil and Szechuan peppercorns for an extraordinary flavor combination, while malt lovers will be treated to Mocha Dilemma and Stumbling Goat as tasty choices.

Pilot Project

The Pilot Project is a brewery incubator, tasting room, and cafe located on Milwaukee Ave in Logan Square. This collaborative and artistically curious space serves young brewers to develop their craft in an industry with high barriers of entry. Here you will find expert brewing advice as well as mentoring services, production support services, branding assistance, branding development support services as well as distribution.

The brewery itself is an inviting and scenic environment, featuring a long bar with their full selection of beers as well as an expansive dining area featuring wooden tables. The decor recalls old west taverns while adding modern twists for variety; staff are friendly and knowledgeable as they will happily assist in walking you through their menu selections.

Bright Brewery Taproom

Bright Brewery Taproom is a multi-family owned, family run brewery and bar offering flavorful lagers and low ABV session beers in crowler can-style growlers for take away consumption. They boast an inviting small town atmosphere where both families and dogs feel welcome! Using their 10-barrel brewing system they serve local beer on draft or growler for take away use; additionally they serve wine and kombucha on tap along with delicious food like Grandma’s Eggs and Mason Jar Cheesecake alongside various pizza options (including gluten free options!).

Brewing at North Adams’ old factory complex that houses the Museum of Contemporary Art opened in April 2016 and quickly became a favorite destination among patrons and locals. Now, with expansion to Westfield’s location slated for this October, production of craft beers will increase fivefold.

Bright Ideas Brewing has quickly become a favorite stop among visitors of Mass MoCA in North Adams, MA. Situated right outside its doors on its stoop, it serves as an invaluable link between city life and village living in North Adams – drawing people together in an atmosphere bursting with charming small-town atmosphere.

The taproom is open Monday-Thursday 12-7 pm, Friday-Saturday 11-8 pm and Sunday 12-6 pm with no cover charge and food available from an ever-rotating selection of food trucks. Recently, they unveiled a vibrant redesign for their Core Range of MountainCrafted beers that pays homage to outdoor adventurers and iconic local spots. For example, Blowhard Pale Ale honors mountain bikers by bearing its name of Mount Blowhard. Fainters Dubbel celebrates skiers while Staircase Porter recognizes hikers – as it was named for Victoria’s steepest track up Victoria’s highest peak – thanks to its new look.

Welcome to the Barroom’s Angular Layout

Although Mc Gowan’s has become synonymous with juicy IPAs, most of their taps offer clean and simple lagers and session ales – particularly their flagship Mc Gowan’s Cream Ale – which embodies their humble origins thanks to its lemony Cascade hop spritz and crisp salty malt dryness for simple enjoyment.

Other bright lagers and session ales to try include the pilsner-esque, lightly tart, dry Bright Sour Ale; full-bodied Staircase Porter which pairs nicely with hearty slow-cooked meals; and crisp citrusy Helles which offers a light herbal respite from all that bubbly brightness.

Bright Path Brewing stands out from its competition by producing not only traditional lager and session ales but also experimental, limited release, barrel-aged beers that embody their mountain aesthetic. Their new offering, Frostfire Australian Strong Ale (a collaboration for Darker Days 2023 festival) is an intense bronze ale with flavors of vanilla and caramel offset by Ella and Enigma hops grown locally – ideal for warming winter nights!

Crafted for Adventure Alpine Lager by Bright Brewery is an energetic and vibrant lager that stands as an homage to its mountain home of Bright, Montana and their love of this pristine alpine environment. Crafted with subtle floral and tropical notes from Rostrevor, as well as pure alpine water and local botanicals sourced directly from Alpine’s mountain location – Alpine highlights everything great about Bright’s hometown region.

Bright’s version of an amber-colored session ale with tropically fruity aroma and low alcohol by volume (ABV), Pilot is Bright’s take on low ABV English IPA. Brewed using Motueka and Sultana hops for unique tropically fruity flavors and a smooth, dry finish; balanced by just the right amount of resinous bitterness and balanced resinous bitterness for balance and surprising full body for such a light style beer.

Bright’s inaugural can of craft beer is Pilot Session XPA. Created in collaboration with the Spirtus Project team, $1/pint will go directly towards improving lives of adults living with cystic fibrosis. Boasting bold citrus aroma and flavour notes with low ABV for smooth drinking pleasure – Bright hopes this can helps people take pleasure in life!

Brewing in partnership with the team at Spirtus Project, this crisp and refreshing tropical ale features an intoxicating tropical aroma and taste, and boasts low ABV with smoky roasted malts for a balanced palate. A small dose of resinous bitterness completes its profile for a clean dry finish.
