High Country’s Treetop Adventure Parks

High Gravity Adventures
High Gravity Adventures provides an exciting outdoor experience in the High Country that’s unlike anything else – located between Boone and Blowing Rock near Tweetsie Railroad, High Gravity offers something fun for every member of your family – including Zip Line Tours, an Aerial Adventure Park and three-person Giant Swing rides! Open from early Spring until late Fall this park welcomes families with different abilities and age groups alike.
Before venturing into the vertical world of sky bridges, cargo nets, and swinging loops, guests receive an orientation on the ground called “Ground School.” Trained staff provide each guest with a full body harness, helmet, Smart belay personal safety tethers as well as an orientation tour of the park so they can learn how to safely navigate their way through obstacles.
On the two-hour Zip Line Tour, guests soar through various ecological zones for an up-close view of their flora and fauna. This unique educational experience blends adventure with science to leave guests both educated and inspired.
The Aerial Adventure Park features 13 courses ranging from easy to difficult for all members of the family. It is particularly suitable for young children and beginners. Foothills course is suitable for them while Blue Ridge park boasts advanced elements. All courses feature at least one zip line while some even boast multiple.
Whoever’s looking to test their nerves should try the Giant Swing, designed for children ages seven and up. Once in their three-person seat, guests pull the ripcord to be launched into the air for an exhilarating and unforgettable ride!
